We all know that in our mother nature there are three main working forces- a)Creative Force (Brahma) b) Preservative Force( Vishnu) c) Destructive Force( Shiva Shakti). These three forces correspond to Shrishti, Sthiti, Vinashanam in the Devi Mahatyam of Shri Chandi. But it is always true that our human mind always linger for preservation of (knowledge, health, wealth, love, property, name, fame, honour, success, authority, etc). All these are the hidden desires of any human being but they are unable to channelize it properly in any direction due to their scattered awareness that germinates from the mind of himself or herself , from family members, society.
Our lifestyle is also responsible for the degeneration of this preservative force because most of the people are prone to alcohol consumption, smoking , intake of junk food , lack of exercise, yoga and pranayama – all these things decreases the power of power-centres(Chakras) in our spinal cord. As a result, our average ‘Pranic’ rhythm – 21,600 times inhalation and exhalation is getting increased to nearly 28,000 to 30,000 times. The preservative force (Vishnu energy) is getting destroyed. So to give our life a proper shape the energized mantra ( Siddha) “Om Namah Bhagvate Narayanyai” helps us to detox the negative energy from our body mind and soul and helps us to establish the ‘Pranic’ energy in our soul. Not only that, it helps in maintaining the 21,600 times of ‘ Pranic ‘ way of breathing( inhalation and exhalation)- and helps to give shape to our life with single minded consciousness that germinates in our soul with the blessings of Supreme Almighty i.e. to quote from Sri Shuktam,” Hiranya Varnam Harinim – Suvarna Rajata Srajam….”.
